Settling in for a mai tai beachside might sound cliche, but maybe there’s a good reason for that. Bartender Chris Kiaha says that patrons return again and again to sip on The Beach Bar’s Classic Mai Tai. The bar modeled its iteration after Trader Vic’s, which is said to have created the drink, in order to get it as close to the original as possible.
