Moses Gomez not only tends bar at Osoyami, but he also is an instructor at a bartending school and is dedicated to the sport of what is known as flair bartending. It’s hard to say. We deal with everything from people trying to dance on the bar naked, to people just trying to order things that we just don’t have but still insist we find it and serve it to them.

The best thing if you come to the bar is to know what you want.

But if you don’t know what you want, it’s best to be open, because as a bartender, I’m trying to guide you through your experience to make it the best for you. We are actually trying to figure out the individual. Be it food or drink, we are figuring you out and lead you in the right direction.
