As SKY Waikiki’s director of mixology, Ackrill personally has designed all of the drinks on its menu. But she takes personal pride in the so-drinkable-it’s-dangerous Seaside Sling. It actually was built around the Castelvetrano Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives garnish, which Ackrill promises are mild enough for those who don’t typically enjoy olives. The flavors, especially the pear liqueur, complement the garnish.
