“It’s very suitable for Hawaii. It’s a perfect hot Hawaiian day drinking cocktail: real light, crisp, refreshing. It’s actually our biggest hit. There’s some people who come in who look for a heavy beer, but all and all, everybody will love to sit down and have something that’s refreshing. It’s not very heavy. It’s not really high in alcohol content. The bite of the ginger goes very well with the lemon juice, and the (carbonation of the) soda water adds a lot of texture to the drink.”
